In such release, it was incorrectly stated in the title that the Company was announcing the closing of a private placement. This should have stated that the Company was announcing the exercise of warrants. Therefore, the title of the news release be corrected to reference "AsiaBaseMetals Inc. Announces Exercise of Warrants."
