(TSX Venture: ABZ) are pleased to announce that they have completed the previously announced arrangement. Shareholders of record of TintinaGold on October 8, 2009 have received one AsiaBaseMetals Inc. common share for each one TintinaGold common share held on that day.
Options and warrants to purchase shares of TintinaGold outstanding immediately prior to October 8, 2009 have been adjusted pursuant to the terms of the Plan of Arrangement.
